The townhouse is corner unit and with construction completed in spring 2017 - we have been the 1st tenants! 5-minute walk to Sunnyvale Caltrain station, downtown, Target and Macy's; near LinkedIn, Apple, Google, Central Expressway, 101 and 280.

The bedroom and a full bathroom are located on top floor (Bedroom #2 in site map). The bedroom is ~110 square feet, unfurnished, with good sunlight and walk-in closet.

Terms:
- Rent $1320 includes bi-monthly professional cleaning and home insurance
- PG&E and internet will be split by headcount
- 1-month deposit
