Sales Assistant
Working hours: M - F 9:00am ~ 6:00pm
Fremont CA 94538
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
-Respond, investigate and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email.
-Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
-Performing cost-­benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
REQUIREMENTS:
-Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sale
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Time management and organizational skills
-Prepare reports on account status
-Perform other duties, as assigned by manager
