I'm looking for a responsible and dog-loving tenant to sublease my fully furnished studio with a private yard in Redwood City while I’m away from July 22 to September 30 (dates flexible within this period, though longer stays are preferred).
About the Studio:
•        15min drive to Stanford, 2 minutes to Cosco.
•        Completely private with your own entrance, large fenced yard, and assigned parking spot.
•        Fully equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, and all essential furnishings.
•        Quiet, safe neighborhood — ideal for someone who values privacy and outdoor space.
Rent:
•        $1,800/month (all utilities included)
•        This is a discounted rate (original rent is ~$2,000) as part of the arrangement involves helping look after my friendly Golden Retriever.

About the Dog:
•        He has his own room in the yard and does not enter the studio.
•        Eats and drinks from automatic feeders that only need to be refilled once a week.
•        Very sweet and playful — ideal for someone who enjoys spending a little time each day with a friendly dog.
