We are looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist that will also support some aspects of Sales.

With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.

Overview / Responsibilities
' K) ^- P, g) M2 m  JAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all customer service duties that include but are not limited to: responding to phone & email inquiries, resolving customer complaints, order entry, invoicing, filing, filing dispute, misc. clerical tasks, some logistics, and provide support to the sales and marketing teams.

Must maintain a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and have great accountability to fulfill this position

, v1 t: C4 Z" }5 VAbility to build and maintain all customer relationships
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Good problem solving and time management skills
) ]3 C" s& R7 F; z9 \3 k4 x! `Good working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

$23－$28 per hour DOE, plus bonus
