义务和责任：

- 组装、安装和修理供暖、供水和排水系统的管道、配件和固定装置；

- 安装和维修水槽、浴缸、热水器、热水箱、厨余垃圾处理装置和洗碗机等设备；

- 在修复管道前，能够进行静水压和压力测试以定位泄漏；

- 熟悉管道工具、排水设备和使用相机；

- 必要时，需要会阅读和解释设计蓝图和施工图纸；

- 具有优秀的客户服务以及建立和维护客户关系的能力；

- 能够独立工作或与团队合作。



要求：

有1-3年湾区水管工经验；

在有效期内的身份ID证明（如DMV驾驶执照）；

能够举起和搬运 75 磅重物、爬楼梯/梯子、跪下、在房屋和阁楼空间下爬行。

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems;

-Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units and dishwashers;

-Perform hydrostatic and pressure tests to locate leakage before fix;

-Be familiar with plumbing tools, drain equipment and cameras;

-Read and interpret blueprints and drawings when necessary;

-Excellent customer service and ability to build and maintain client relationships;

-Ability to work alone or with a team.




Requirements:

Previous 1-3 years' plumber experience in the Bay Area;

Clean DMV and Valid Drivers License;

Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crawl under houses and attic spaces.
