Overview / Responsibilities# g3 {! x4 Z; e2 O q
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all customer service duties that include but are not limited to: responding to phone & email inquiries, resolving customer complaints, order entry, invoicing, filing, filing dispute, misc. clerical tasks, some logistics, and provide support to the sales and marketing teams.1 t/ Q G+ ^, b& _2 w

Must maintain a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and have great accountability to fulfill this position

Good problem solving and time management skills
