Finance/Accounting Manager:

Large property investment group, with headquarters in Beijing China, is seeking an experienced accounting/finance manager to join their USA operation, based in Mountain View CA.   The company specializes in providing commercial facilities / industrial parks for client companies in the Silicon Valley area.

Overview of Duties:

The finance manager will be responsible for performing accounting/finance-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior finance management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: local and corporate compliance, US tax planning, finance-related policy implementation and investment business finance technical support.  

Specific duties as follows:

- Account management and compliance;

- Collaborate with sênior management on long-term and short-term financial planning, including setting revenue targets and budgeting;

- Evaluate impact of new business models (i.e. potential land/real estate investment) on the financials of the company;

- Support U.S. CEO and executive team in China to analyze and report the investment portfólio;

- Analyse and benchmark investment opportunities in USA;

- Identify potential development opportunities and perform necessary financial modeling and valuations;

- Oversee the company HR function through engaging the HR service provider.


Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and finance management experience, or any similar combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities is important.

Language: English.  Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese will be helpful.
