Office Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain the company culture and office atmosphere in a rapidly growing environment
Accounting support, bookkeeping i.e. accounts payable and expense reports
Participate in HR / Recruiting tasks such as on-boarding and interview scheduling
Manage the purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, office supplies and any capital improvements
Work closely with IT to ensure employees and guests are set up and ready to go
Send out internal communications updating the company both locally and abroad of relevant projects/events
Creatively plan and execute company gatherings (internal, external, special events and travels
Participate in special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 year of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree related to accounting, finance, or economics.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Approachable and friendly personality
Responsible and flexible attitude
Enjoy handling a variety of tasks
The ability to intuitively shift priorities at any given moment
Inherently focused on creative approaches to solving operational problems efficiently
Lively interest in games
