West San Jose 2b2b公寓因为个人原因搬出而需要整个转租， 合约到2023年4月30号。租金5月之后涨到$2800， 但是也可以和房东negotiate. Zip code 95128。小区地理位置特别方便，离Westfield Valley Fair, Santana Row, 和280高速入口在1mile左右。小区有健身房，烧烤区，泳池。 每个卧室都带有独立卫生间和walk in closet。卧室和客厅都是木地板，无地毯。 有heater，没有central AC. 附带洗衣机，烘干机等基本电器, 房间不带家具，如果需要家具，可以协商有些家具便宜卖或者赠送。装修舒适温馨，小区安静安全。有一个covered固定车位，guest parking 和street parking非常充足。房东人也非常nice。$2600每月，网费和电费自付（平均每个月一百多）。房东prefer长租，大概2月初或中旬可以move in.
