设施：暖气，空调，免费停车位，自带洗衣机烘干机洗碗机。小区有健身房游泳池和停车位加大门，比较安全。
环境：离公交站（VTA和谷歌公交站）5分钟走路距离。离Apple Stevens Creek 8 5分钟走路距离。离Apple Park 5分钟开车距离。房子离Main Street Cupertino走路15分钟距离，里面有很多好吃好玩的（包括小肥羊海底捞，鲜芋仙，奶茶店）
租期：12月开始，11月入住也可以。因为之前室友的室友已经交过了11月的房租，如果您11月入住的话房租免费。租期到6月底结束，如果您要提前离开的话必须先找到下一个住户（房东不允许自己转租或提前结束合约）
关于我：我是21岁女生，在山景城谷歌工作，不喝酒不吸烟不吸毒不开趴，无宠物，作息11：30-8：30睡觉，大部分时间都在公司（早上9点到晚上8:45），平时很安静。我有一个电子钢琴，周末或晚上弹之前会询问室友，确保不会吵到之后弹，也欢迎同样喜欢音乐的室友来弹。平时会保持公共区域干净整洁。
希望你：任何年龄的女性或者20来岁的男性，单人入住，有稳定工作或是在校学生，无宠物，作息和我差不多，平时很安静，不吸烟不吸毒（包括大麻）不开趴，偶尔小酌一些酒没有问题。公共区域保持整洁，晚上偶尔有客人可以（朋友亲戚两三个月来看看的没有问题），但请不要经常带客人，也希望客人也能遵守在晚上睡觉时间保持安静，不吸烟不吸毒不开趴。

Location: 175 Calvert Drive, Cupertino. It is a 2b2b apartment. Top floor, corner apartment (you would have no neighbors)
Rent: 1626 per month after splitting plus some wifi and utility fees
Amenities: Heater, air conditioner, gated community for extra safety, swimming pool, free gym, free parking space, in-unit laundry, dishwasher.
Environment: 5-minute walk to the bus stop (both VTA and Google stop). 5 minute's walk from Apple Stevens Creek 8. 5 min drive to Apple park. Very convenient for Apple employees. 15 minutes walk away from Main Street Cupertino which is like the downtown of Cupertino. It has lots of restaurants and bakeries, including hotpots and boba shops.
Lease starting time/duration: December 1st, move in sometime in November is also fine. November rent is already paid by previous roommate so you can live here November rent-free. The lease ends in June, if you want to leave early you must find another erson to replace you on the lease (the leasing office won't allow subletting).
About me: 21 female Googler working in MTV. I don't smoke, drink or do any kind of drugs. I don't have pets. My sleep time is from 11:30 pm-8:30 am. I spent most of my time in the office or commuting (M-F from 9 am -8:45 pm). I am very quiet and keep the common area tidy. I have a keyboard piano and may play it on the weekends but I will always ask before I play. You are welcome to use my keyboard!
Ideal roommate: Female of any age or male in their 20s(1 person only). Someone who has a job or graduate student. No pets, have roughly the same sleep schedule as me and keep quiet at night. Non-smoker or drug user, socially drinking is ok. No parties. Occasional overnight guests from friends and family members are ok but please don't have guests regularly. The guests should also be quiet at night and not smoke or do drugs(including weed) in the apartment.
Hobbies: I like hiking, dancing, and traveling during my free time. I am also a big foodie and I'm down to explore restaurants or cook with my roommates. I'm also down to exercise and go to the gym with my roommate. In general, I would love to be friends with my roommate!
