Job description
Creates, manages, coordinates, and executes all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.
Develops unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management, as well as call to action-oriented advertising targeted toward key customer segments that increase brand awareness.
Leads and manages Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Online Marketing, Event Marketing, and internal creative services.
Achieves targeted results and ensures timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs.
Analyzes, evaluate, plans, and executes on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies. Develops benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs.
Conducts and analyzes market research to determine competitiveness.
Measuring the effectiveness of the Marketing department and implementing improvements as required.
Manages annual marketing budget.
Coaches, mentors, and raises the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent.
Develops and prepares key messaging and presentation material for senior management.
Researches and analyzes economic trends, buying habits, and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes and preferences for company products, and those of competitors.
Works closely with Merchandising, store management, and other senior executives to create demand and recognition for the company and its products.
Performs other duties as required by business needs.

Requirements:
Exceptional writing skills in both English and Chinese
English and Chinese input skills
Familiar with internet software
