LOCATION
The house is located in Central Fremont (intersection of Farwell Drive and Dewey Place) nestled in a quiet court with no through traffic.
Very convenient access to I-880, just two turns away, on Stevenson Blvd to the South and Mowry to the North.
Very convenient position, with Lucky’s, shops, theater and restaurants within five minutes driving.


BEDROOMS FOR RENT
There are 1 master bedroom and 2 bedrooms available with hardwood flooring and close space.
The master bedroom is very big. It has a walk-in closet and bathroom, and direct access to the backyard.

CURRENT HOUSEMATE
There is currently one housemate. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 2015 with an undergrad majoring in Statistics. She’s now a working professional and a graduate student at SJSU.
She’s looking to find someone who’s responsible, friendly, and not too messy. She has a cat called Mimi and Mimi is a very shy cat and doesn’t bother you much. The owner only allows one pet, so no more pets are allowed in the house. If you prefer to have no pets around the house, she can also keep MImi in her room.

There's a lot of common space available to set up a home office space! That means your rent includes your room and so much extra space for your home office!
House has central heating and air conditioning with a hospital-grade air filter (MERV 16) that will keep your allergy away, all controlled by a smart thermostat.

Since we will have more people living in the house than the number of garage spaces we have,  if you’d like to park in the garage, it will be $20/month or you can also do street parking too. There's a lot of parking, fitting up to 5 cars between, garage, driveway and street.

The house is owned by a lovely family that moved to Oregon and hence they are renting the place and are looking for responsible housemates and tenants,

RENT and DEPOSIT
Rent is $1700 for the master bedroom and $1200- each for the other two bedrooms, including your room and a LOT of common space, excluding utilities (PGE, Internet, garbage, and water). Security deposit of monthly rent. Rent is negotiable depending on your lease term!
