| Job Duties 
 -Assist the Construction/Maintenance Manager to classify and sort current stores’ maintenance requests.
 -Coordinate with vendors and store operations to schedule the maintenance/repair services.
 -Follow Manager to job sites to ensure project progress and quality.
 -Follow up with on-going projects based on Construction/Maintenance Manager’s instructions.
 -Prepare project reports and provide administrative support.
 -Respond to store managers' requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks, and troubleshooting smoke detectors.
 -Inspect all workspaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
 -Organize repair for plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required-
 -Perform all other Construction/Maintenance-related duties assigned.
 
 Requirements
 
 -GED or higher education (construction/architecture related experience) is required.
 -Willingness to uphold company standards for safety and efficiency.
 -Strong communication skills (both written and verbal); fluency in Chinese/English is required.
 -Organized and detail-oriented.
 -Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
 -Able to use ladders and general tools; able to carry objects over 50 lbs.
