We have a simple and furnished room available in Sunnyvale for rent to one individual only. You will be sharing a bath with one other male professional. The living room and the kitchen will be shared by a total of 3 (including you) housemates. There are currently two male professional housemates already. Location is very convenient to all the high tech jobs in the area. Electricity, gas, water, and garbage are all covered. No washwer or dryer in the house.
