Position: Full-time or part-time Kitchen Bath Designer (design background and industry experience is prefered )
Location: North San Jose, California
Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Weekday or Weekend
Rate: Negotiable based on skills and experience
LUSSO is looking for experienced designers who know how to set goals and achieve them. This is an opportunity to learn home design and sell premium tile and floor in home improvement business that offers gratification after every sale.

Summary of Job Duties:
• Be able to build trust based relationships for referral business with customers; and driven to succeed in sales.
• Be challenged and motivated by working in an entrepreneurial setting, passionate and compelling presenters enjoy working in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Nice aesthetic to offer home improvement suggestion.
• Able to use Microsoft software. And after training, be able to master Quickbook, read plans, Draw a design, and suggest different home finishes as floors and tiles
