We offer Tuina/meridian massage, acupuncture, and many other holistic physical therapies.We currently have 1 full-time/ Part-time receptionist position that needs to be filled ASAP.Requirements:- Must speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and English- Must be dependable and punctual- Have good verbal and written communication and customer service skills- Polite and professional telephone manners Responsibilities include:- Scheduling and calendaring for customers over phone or in person- Answering phones and directing calls- Working at the front desk- Greeting walk-ins- Data entry including word processing and spreadsheet applications- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time ($13.5 - $18 per hour)Required experience:
No experience necessary (We provide training). Preferably with 1 year Customer service.
