TDDGUS is seeking for a Project Manager to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of residential construction projects. The position requires significant experience in residential construction, including management and supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow them to orchestrate complicated projects and produce strong results.
Responsibilities & Duties
Collaborate with Project Architect on estimates, including labor, supplies, materials and other ancillary costs
Maintain strict build-out schedules, making changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
Create and maintain budgets and change orders
Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
Create and distribute RFP's, RFI's and Submittals
Review drawings in a comprehensive and timely manner
Foster and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all
Qualifications & Skills
Significant experience as a Project Manager or Supervisor in the residential construction industry
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and willing/able to learn new computer software
Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients, architects, subcontractors and the public
Organization, initiative, and motivation to learn on the job
