-Property management is on-site 7 days a week so you never have to worry about having issues and no one to help with. Since everything is very new, I almost never needed to call maintenance, but for the few times I needed them, they got to me within 1-2hours.
-The other residents in the building are very nice and friendly; I've never had a package lost or stolen.
