Looking for 1 decent, Quiet and honest roommate to share the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment(Female ONLY)) .There will be only 2 residents (you and me) in this place. You will have your own bathroom and closet.

Location and the Apartment:

Conveniently located at Central South San Jose .Easy access to highway 85, 87, 101 and close to the VTA light rail. This is a well-established, resorts style, exclusive and upper scale apartment property.
Dining and Shopping:
Minutes’ walk from Safeway, Target. 5-minutes’ drive from Costco;
10 minutes to Westfield Oakridge Mall : PF Chang, Cheese Cake Factory...

Rent and Leasing Term:
Monthly rent $1250; utilities shared.
Security deposit $500.
lease term 6 months at Minimum.

As we’re still in this global pandemic with no end in sight, safety and security is the top priority for individual and public health. Fully-vaccinated and taking constant precautions seriously are the precondition for me to choose a housemate to live with. I hope you share the same value and standard so we can get through the difficult time together safe and sound.

A bit about myself, I'm a full-time professional of sales &marketing in hi- tech. Easy to get along with, thoughtful, respectful and open to communicate. After work hours, I love being in nature and also find myself busy with reading, writing, workout and spending quality time with friends. I will do my best to make this "a home away from home" we both enjoy so we can find the peace of mind, sit back and relax after a long day! Also, I prefer a quiet and well-organized living environment. I hope we both share the similar interest and lifestyle.
