Looking for studio/shared house or apartment (2-3br) in San Francisco

Hi, I am a Japanese female graduate student who is looking for a house in San Francisco.
- Target move in : Flexbile, ideally July 30th, but anytime around that.
- Budget: Studio/apartment: 1,700 without garage, 2,000 with garage, Shared house / apartment: 1,400 without garage, 1,700 with garage
- Ideal area: Noe Valley, Mission district, Cole Valley, somewhere around there
- Length: Ideally month to month (while I intend to stay longer), but 3 month and then month to month is also good!
