Hi there, I have a bedroom to rent out to a professional with stable income stream (non-smoker, no pet).
The room is in a fairly new 3-bed 3-bath townhouse. You will have your own full private bathroom and a walk-in closet within the suite. It is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, study desk and chair. The common living area is fully equipped with flat screen TV, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The community is 5 minutes away from Macy's, AMC Theater, 24 Hr Fitness, Asian grocery stores and restaurants. It is very close to freeway 880 and 84 bridge. There are plenty of parking spaces within the community.
The other two roommates are financial professionals. Rent is $1000/month and we will split utility costs including HOA, water, gas, electricity and wifi. Lease duration is 6-month or 1 year. First month's rent and 1 month security deposit required to move in. Room is available March 1, 2021.
