Furnished bedrooms are available for rent on a month-to-month basis.  Single occupancy only.  Prefer college educated, professional, quiet, respectful of house rules and clean.  House is located in North San Jose about a 15-minute walk to the new Milpitas Transit Center (VTA and soon to also serve BART).  Neighborhood is single-family homes, quiet, and safe.  No smoking ANYTHING in the house or on the property.  No burning of candles, incense etc…  The house manager may occasionally light scented candles to refresh the air.  House is 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, one of which belongs to the master bedroom renter who has exclusive use of it.  Master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms are up one flight of stairs with two more bedrooms on the ground floor.  There is also a living room with a TV/Cable/internet, a fully functional kitchen with a 4-person table for eating, a fenced-in back yard for de-stressing.  On-street parking is never a problem to find within 2 or 3 houses away.  Master room rent is  $1200/month, ground floor room rent is $1000- $1100/month.  upstairs rooms rent is $900- $1000/month.  Each requires one month’s rent as deposit with 30 days notice of moving out.  At the house manager’s discretion 30 days notice to vacate may be giving to a tenant for disrupting the peace, order and cleanliness of the house.  Nearby points of interest include The Great Mall, on/off ramps to I880 and I680; route 237 and the 101 are several minutes farther away.  Utilities are included but an excessive use fee may be charged to tenants who overuse/waste energy.
