* House is very clean and you'll be sharing with a simple family of a working professional and a highschooler.
* Shared dining room, kitchen, appliances. You are welcome to cook but please make sure to clean afterwards.
* Utilities, internet access/wifi are included.
* In a quiet, safe and established neighborhood off 85 and De Anza Blvd, near Ranch 99, Starbucks, Trader Joe's and various restaurants.
* 2 miles/ 7 minutes to De Anza College; 2.7 miles/10 minutes to Apple Infiniti loop.
* Female preferred, no smoking, no pets
* From 8/16/17-9/30/17: Weekly rate is $350 with minimum 2 weeks, or 1 month $1,200, or 5 weeks $1,500
