Looking for a female housemate to share a 2B2B home in the River Oaks area. One bedroom is currently occupied by a female tenant; another bedroom is available now. Responsible female preferred. No couple, no family. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. $1,250 per month, utilities not included and to be split equally with housemate. Long term or short term lease.

Located in a charming and quiet community in North San Jose. Close to many tech companies, such as Cisco, Nvidia, IBM, and Samsung, and many shopping areas, such as Safeway, Target, Walmart, 99 Ranch, Milpitas Square, Rivermark Plaza, and Great Mall. Walking distance to Coyote Creek Trail and River Oaks Park.  

It’s a south-facing second floor corner unit that is over 900 sqft with lots of natural light and a private balcony. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and washer & dryer. Access to a community pool, jacuzzi, and plentiful free street parking. Shared spaces are furnished. Room is unfurnished.
