We help to build strong open, mid-age and senior groups amateur soccer teams in East and South Bay Area. We will participate league games, tournaments and friendly games of our level, and strive to be one of the best teams.

With the Team\'s growing, we\'ve divided organizing and management tasks, here\'s setup:

a) BAASA.org will operate Team BAASA United (Team) as part of it\'s organization with community and financial support.

b) BAASA.org has the veto right on any major decision made by Team management.

c) Team management has the full power of Team operating tasks. Any decision will be decided by simple majority vote. If there is tie, BAASA.org will have the final decision.

d) Currently Team management consist team captain, founding members, and team seniors.

e) Team captain is suggested by BAASA.org and team management, and approved by simple majority of all teammates. Term is one year, no more than two years. Team captain has larger influence on team operating tasks, and has two votes on team management decision, while other members of management has one vote.
