One bedroom available starting from Apr. 1st, 2019, furnished with a full-size bed, a table and a chair in a house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Need to share bathroom but it is lightly used right now. Early move-in may be possible.

Close to 101 and 92, Hillsdale shopping center, Bridgepoint shopping center, Starbucks, Target, Safeway, Costco, Ranch 99, Marina, Ranch 99, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Carls Jr., Taco Bell, Panda Express, Home Depot.

There is an attached garage, plenty off-street parking; washing machine and dryer in unit.
No smoking, no pets and no overnight guests. Prefer someone no drama, light or no cooking, clean and quiet.
The rent is 1100/month + share of utilities. Security deposit is one month rent. Lease is 3 months and month-to-month afterwards. Just need to give 30 day notice on the 1st of the month before move-out.
