I am looking for a male house mate to share this beautiful 2-bedroom house located in a quiet and convenient Sunnyvale neighborhood. Dedicated driveway parking space.

1. Private bedroom over 200 sq. ft with private bathroom.
2. Light or minimum cooking: Microwave is fine. Shared refrigerator space.

3. The room can be furnished with a twin size bed and a desk/chair.

4. Available on 09/12.

5. Rent reduced to prefer full time working professional who goes to office and does light cooking. If you don’t cook, rent can be lower. E.g., if you only need weekdays to stay, I will consider rent out for far less.

Rent & Terms: Monthly Rent: $1450, 6 months lease with one month deposit to begin with, then month-to-month.

Utilities: included.

Roommate:
Looking for a single male roommate who is clean, considerate, quiet, and is reliable. Roommate with a professional job is preferred. No couple. NO smoking or pets.
