$1050/月，随时可以入住！

＊不与房东同住，直接和Property Management公司签。
＊房间在二楼。
＊希望你能长租 >= 1年
＊带车位，车库内外随便停，而且街趴也非常友好。
＊房子内有洗衣机和烘干机，随时都能洗衣服。
＊周围环境安静且安全，交通方便，靠近1、280、35，步行到公交站，10分钟到bart station。距离大华99 3分钟，Westlake plaza 5分钟，Serramonte center 8分钟，满足生活和娱乐一切需求！10分钟到SF State，20分钟到USF，25分钟到SF Downtown，非常适合学生党和上班族
＊大华99步行可达，随时买水果蔬菜盒饭点心油条包子。
＊15分钟到downtown，2分钟到海边。
＊三位室友共同分摊水电网燃气等费用，每个月$100-200取决于天气等因素。

＊整个house是3b2b，一楼1b1b住着一位在科技公司上班的男生，二楼的另外一个房间住着一位有正职，作息规律，安静，人很好的女室友，你和她共用一个洗手间。他们都非常安静，没有宠物，不抽烟，不开趴，房间也定期整理。之前的室友在这里住了快两年了，很爱惜，因为工作relocation原因打算搬走。

希望能找到一个安静无烟无宠物有正职或者上学的小伙伴来合租（男生女生都可以）。
