I lived in Catherine's house for the past 3 years. Have to move out now because me and my girlfriend decided to move in together in our own place.

The house is beautiful and modern. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living area has a large TV, very comfortable couches and a dining table that can easily seat 6+ people. The garage is spacious enough for two cars and some storage. The in house washer / dryer are an added bonus. The location is close to sunnyvale downtown, and the house has easy access to the Central Expressway, and the 101. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The internet is also really fast.

Catherine is the best landlady anyone can ask for. She gave me my first room in California. She is very quick to respond to any maintenance requests and sends cleaners every month. She is always willing to help in any way. One example is that the internet was slow in my room, so she gave me her wireless repeater which amplified the wifi signal significantly and the problem went away.

I am going to miss living in San Clemente Terrace.
