Introduction of ourselves:
We are a couple friendly engineer living at big new home no kids or infants. We may sometimes work from a different state. We are looking for working individual or couples (Second person total $2480 including all utility), you must have a good credit and rental history.

Shared areas: 1) laundry washer and dryer, 2) garden & deck 3) one parking space and street parking.

Rental amount :
$1980 /month rent (including all utilty). $1980 security deposit required. Six month up to one year lease.
