房间干净宽敞, 交通方便，可以步行到bart站 15分钟，附近有 MUNI 8/8BX,14/14R,29，43，54等公交，坐Bart去downtown15 分钟。
附近有SAFEWAY，WALGREEN, 中国超市，各种餐馆，购物方便。适合学生或者工作人士，无烟无宠，长租。
