Rent: ~$1000 to $1500/month which depends on many factors.

my roommate, an IT professional, and myself(a software engineer working for apple) are living in a 1800 sq feet one story single family house. We are looking for two persons to take over two rooms, one has private bath and another does not.
If interested, please ping me. All tenants will have his/her own private room. No families, no kids, no drugs, no parties, no events, no overnight guests.
