Bright and furnished single rooom in 3b & 2.5bath townhouse location in Milpitas near exit Jacklin road 680/880 with safety and convenient and quiet neightbors. We only have three person living in and single room has to share bathroom with another lady.
We prefer M/F professional with decent and good personality. The rent is $750 monthly (including $650+$100 untilities for lundary and WIFI) and $750 deposit with 9 months contract and credit check(income stab+ credit scord). and available from 3/28/21
House rule: no pets, no party, no overnight guest,no smoking, light cooking.
We only open house on weekend from 12 noon to 5pm by appointment and text Judy 650-8638587( from 8am-10pm).and must ware mask for Covid-19. Have a nice day
