Hi, I'm renting a room with a full bath in a quiet neighborhood for $1000 (+ last month deposit) a month including utilities (water, WiFi, PG&E, and HOA). Female only, who is respectful and non-smoker (two females are negotiable).
It's about 5-8 walking minutes away from Safeway, Jamba Juice, Milpitas City Hall, youth (seasonal) and senior centers, Marina Market, Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, etc. Closest bus routes are 47 and 217. It is also about 2-7 minutes away from 237 and 680 freeways.
It's a 3 story house with one room and a full bath on each floor. I live on the third floor while my teenage daughter lives on the second floor. We are a quiet family with very few visitors (pre-covid). My daughter and I are very respectful. So there's a lot of peace, quiet, and personal space
You'll have full patio, living room, washing machine, dryer, kitchen and cooking privileges. No pets please.
