Bay Area Largest Chinese Mortgage Company is hiring Loan Processor Assistant - 硅谷信息港

Well-established Mortgage Company is looking for a friendly highly motivated person with high level of energy for a full time Loan Processor's Assistant position.

You will need to perform the following tasks:
- Answer phone calls and emails in professional and courteous manner
- Accurately enter new loan orders in Encompass system
- Communicate efficiently with our Loan Processors making sure they have up to date information
- Communicate efficiently with our Agents to make sure the loan agents have up to date information
- Help our Loan Processor with client documents, loan conditions, order services online with third parties
- Assist Loan Processors to comunicate with agents the loan conditions
- Follow-up with agents for conditions returns to Loan Processors
-Pro-Active support Loan Processors in Daily Tasks

Also the following experience is desirable, but not required:
- Accounting/Finance back ground
- Mortgage/loan experience will be plus
- Office Admistration working experience

Qualifications: US College education with specialization in Business Administration or Accounting/Financing is preferred, high proficiency with Word, Excel. Experience in Point or/and Encompass is a plus, intermediate computer skills.
