【基本信息】2016年建的4b3.5bTownhouse，屋况很新，宽敞明亮。室友非常好相处，大多都在各自房间，整个house很安静。
1楼：1b1b（卫生间在屋内，一楼只有这一间房，属于单独楼层，二楼没有房间，所以与三楼的生活空间隔开，安静私密。空调为分层控制，一楼可以独立使用。无论面积还是功能性都接近一个主卧。）
2楼：客厅+厨房+公共卫生间
3楼：主卧 (90后洁癖couple）
次卧（一位室友）
洗衣房
停车：小区内街趴停车（提供permit）
设施：洗衣机，烘干机，冰箱等等共用。
家具：Queen bed和桌椅等等
宠物：家里有原住猫，欢迎小型宠物

【位置】：

-临近高速CA87
-约8分钟车程可以到达Wholefoods, Trader Joes, TJ max, Costco, Walmart.

【环境】：小区内安静优美，有篮球场，小公园和健身器械，可以外出跑步。
