crescent village 是位于north San Jose （zip code 95134）的一间度假式apartment。本人住了将近两年，非常喜欢。室友因工作关系，需要搬离，所以在现在寻找一个次卧的室友。因为是renew lease，所以价格会比一般的租金要便宜许多。2b2b backyard view，次卧 1607.5 per month（不包过水电网和车位，车位一个月50）价格可议。lease到8月12号开始，入住时间可商量，flexible。lease长度为1年。

小区有免费的健身房，游泳池，lobby，瑜伽课，厨艺课， 24小时巡逻security，非常安全。小区离cisco，broadcom非常近，ebay， paypal也都在附近。开车5-10mins可到达 milpitas ranch99，鲤鱼门等palaza。去safeway，wholefoods也在10mins以内，不用上高速。

希望寻找一个作息规律，生活习惯健康，干净的室友。
