Looking for a Customer Service Representative Bilingual (Fluent in Mandarin/English) with Farmers Insurance experience to work in a offce in sunnyvale. CA
Responsibilities:
•Process customer payments
•Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information
•Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
Qualifications:
•Ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused office
•Prior experience with phone-based or in-person customer service
•Excellent written and verbal skills Bilingual (Fluent in Mandarin English)
•Ability to actively listen
•A courteous and professional demeanor
•Expert attention to detail
•Farmers Insurance experience preferred
If no experience, I can train.
