It has flat screen TV, refrigerator, washer and dryer. You will have your own private bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. The room can be furnished with queen bed or totally empty, your choice.
You will have full use of the new townhouse and there are plenty of parking spaces within the community. It is located in Newark, East Bay. It’s 5 minutes away from Macy's, AMC Theater, 24 Hr Fitness, Asian grocery stores and resturants. It is very close to freeway 880 and 84 bridge. 20 mins away from Facebook.
Monthly rent is $1000 and you will split utilities bills with me (water, gas, electricity, wifi). First month's rent and 1 month security deposit required to move in.
